4 Rooms
4 November 2016

R/SF projects is thrilled to launch its new brick and mortar space in downtown San Francisco with the inaugural exhibition 4 Rooms. For this one night, the gallery will transform into a hotbed of durational works and site-specific installation on view for promenade style viewing. The four rooms will house performative environments, each their own vignette to activate every inch of the space the gallery will inhabit for the foreseeable future. The launch endeavors to convey the intentions of the gallery program as a whole, as a space for hyper-experimentation and reality producing.

Featuring:
Room #1: Mint Park & Ricardo Saavedra
Room #2: Peter Kalisch
Room #3: Zoe Kuhn, Natasha Romano, & Dominic Romano
Room #4: Tyler Eash & Zulfi Bhutto
Mezzanine: Hadar Kleiman & Paula Morales, "Diorama Tropicana"

Following the November 4th launch, the exhibition will transition into "No Vacancy" as artists move into the studios as permanent residents. The downstairs gallery will transform into a lobby with daily continental breakfast, and the studios will frequently be open to provide opportunities to become further acquainted with the talents of our roster. In this time frame, we invite you to come, stay a while, and join us as we open this new chapter ahead. No Vacancy will remain on view through November 13, with open hours posted to our website at www.rsfprojects.com/about
